Wendy completed certificate requirements for Sustainability and the Circular Economy with Cambridge University.  She is lead convener of the inaugural CrossRoads Collaboratory and is committed to leveraging her OD Experience to tackle the most challenging issues we face today.

She brings over 25 years of passion, insight, and creativity to her work with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, International NGOs, and nonprofits. With a unique blend of internal and external consulting experience, Wendy possesses an insider's understanding of client challenges, allowing her to design tailored solutions that go beyond best practices theory.

Wendy's creative prowess shines through in her ability to address the challenges and opportunities faced by organizations in the global economy. Her work has taken her across continents, where she has made significant contributions to organizational development and sustainability initiatives.
