Lisa Marie Main is an accomplished leader, trainer, consultant, executive coach, and facilitator of interactions that lead to alignment and results-based action for business and organizational leaders around the world. She obtained a certificate in Permaculture Design to leverage biomimicry into human systems which has led to the start of “The Regenerative Way” initiatives for Continuum and is one of the leads in The CrossRoads Collaboratory Design Team. Lisa has served in various roles, including co-leading a country-wide Appreciative Inquiry in Azerbaijan to engaging leaders and teams in adventure-based programs. She has supported executives around the world with companies such as Procter and Gamble, Nestle, JP Morgan Chase, Kellogg’s, Alcon, and Pfizer. 

A life-long learner, Lisa earned a master's degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a focus on leadership and organizational development and was a continuing studies instructor for Duke University. Since 1999, Lisa has incorporated in her work the knowledge of and fascination with somatic-systemic approaches such as Systemic Constellation Work and other holistic practices supported by neuroscience and neurobiology. She obtained a certificate in Permaculture Design to leverage biomimicry into human systems which has led to the start of “The Regenerative Way” initiatives for Continuum.
